Wait for an invitation email to access your dashboard. Once you receive it, log in with the details provided, complete your profile, and start uploading your music! (check your spam folder). If you don’t receive an invitation within 48 hours, your application was rejected.

You can use your own ISRC and UPC/BAR codes, or we’ll automatically generate them for a fee (0.75 Euro for each ISRC, 1.00 Euro for each UPC/BARCODE), which will be deducted from your monthly sales.

Expect valuable streaming data from various stores within a few days. Some platforms may take up to 3 months to report, so be patient as your royalties accumulate.

Upon surpassing the revenue threshold of €50, you will receive statement alerts prompting you to invoice us. Subsequently, you will receive monthly royalties promptly and without delay.

When you release music through Hankad, it’s registered in our YouTube Content ID database under Dig dis’s name, our digital fingerprint partners. Hankad manages your YouTube rights, ensuring potential royalties are directed to your account, particularly from those who have reuploaded or used your music in their videos on YouTube, thus maximizing your YouTube earnings. You might receive a copyright notice from Dig Dis! Just ignore it; this is normal, as Hankad solely handles distribution rights. Contact us if you don’t want Hankad managing your YouTube rights and refrain from disputing the claim directly with YouTube.

Ensure that you upload original music that you own or have the rights to distribute. We take copyright complaints seriously, and one may lose their account or have payments withheld until they can prove beyond reasonable doubt that they own the music. Please desist from uploading copyright-infringing music or engaging in fraudulent activities.
